Delightful well used old box made from wood with copper pipe handle.There is just enough of its original worn paint colour , fabulous french grey shade.A simple box , but we love it. 
No makers mark but probably scratch built as sturdy with strong design.
Ideal use for plants  herbs / storage/ decorative display/magazines/mobile office stationary etc.
