SHIPPING / DELIVERIES / TRACKING

To UK & and N. Ireland. (Currently not exporting outside the UK.)


LARGE ITEMS:

​

Please contact us with your delivery postcode to get a quote for your items of
furniture or other. You are welcome to arrange your own collection/ pick up/ delivery of
your purchased item at our storage locations in Hertfordshire. We use
shiply.com, independent private couriers, then Parcel force & Royal Mail’s delivery option
of ‘signed for’, when posting other smaller items.

MEDIUM TO SMALL ITEMS:

​

All other smaller items will also be sent ‘signed for’ & are
normally dispatched within 2-3 days, after an order has been received.

(If you would like to collect in person or would prefer to arrange your own pick-up &
delivery you are very welcome.)

If you are unable to receive your goods for any reason from Red Cave on the agreed, specified day, we reserve the right to charge you for any rescheduled deliveries that will have to be rearranged.
We aim to use a tracking service to follow the journey of your purchased item/s.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:


All our vintage/antique furniture/products, unfortunately, are NOT returnable due to the nature of their age.


We take great care to photograph our furniture/salvage items to expose any irregularities, small
damage, & or repairs. Plus, we will write about the condition /size of each item in the description
section.

Furthermore, If you would like to chat with us about the item in more detail then please do
give us a call, BEFORE you make your purchase. We will be more than happy to help.
Delivery: Unfortunately, we will not be held responsible for any damage during transit. However,
please inform Red Cave as soon as possible if you receive any damaged goods or within 24hrs of receipt.
