Very sweet old farm type wooden cabinet. 
 
Painted white , but the original colour underneath looks like a green shade ( can just be seen)
so maybe could  be 1930's date. 
Does have lock & inside a bolt but no key & over painted , so would need a bit of restoring to get in working order. 
Very decorative details all over this well designed cabinet, in every corner it has been well thought out.
