From a house clearance in Brimingham, & possibly 1930's era , maybe earlier.
The keel has half snapped off & there are no sails or acessories & the wood needs attention too.

beam width = width: 27cm top deck ( widest point BEAM -birds eyeview)
Depth : 20 - 27 cm to tip of metal KEEL
